We are the one who created Child Safety function (EN14059) in the oil lamps by consuming 2 years for R&D. We supply to well known Brand (that is known for quality and luxury) in the whole Europe.
Taking such quality standards as a Benchmark the other products like garden furniture, Candle Lanterns, Fire Pits & other Home & Garden products are the same standards.
Our 100% inspection program is also an advantage, we perform 100% inspection of our goods before packaging, because of which our Claim rate with one of the fine customer in USA was below 1%, and normally this claim rate with others falls close to or above 3-4% and sometime above 5-6%.
We offer display pallets solution for oil torches & Garden Lanterns, that not only make the customers more convenient to display & sell the products from their stores, it also saves a lot of cost that is incurred in unpacking of products.
We jave Strong command on pricing because of having our own manufacturing / finishing / packing setup / units under one roof (not like others who use subcontractors). We are able to maintain the secrecy of products because of having our factory 20 KM away from City in a village area.
Because of having strong command on Packaging (like Re-shipper packaging), labeling and ticketing for major clients, we then make customer relax while working with. Maximum tests of our products (product test, outdoor test, Rain test and transit tests bureau Veritas an SGS) get passed in the first time, there are very less chances of re-test. Before sending the samples for testing, we ourselves test (Leakage test, corrosion test, drop test Etc) the products in our factory in order to avoid re-test that only consume time and money both. |
